June 9-16 End the Occupations of Iraq and Palestine: This session includes the opportunity to join with End the Occupation for a teach-in on the Israeli occupation of Palestine on Sunday, June 10, and a lobby day on Monday, June 11. Application and program details

June 10-14 Iraq Action Camp. Join us for an intense week of training, campfires, lobbying, s’mores, and connections. Get trained by experienced organizers from MoveOn, Democracy Matters, the United States Student Association, Campus Progress Action, and elsewhere. Learn what a good campaign looks like and how to work with the media to get your message out. Then qualify for grant money to turn your vision into reality. July 1-7 Red, White, Blue, and PINK: 4th of July Action with CODEPINK: This session includes actions at the DC national Independence Day Parade and other 4th of July actions. Congress is not in session during this week, but there will be many actions to do in DC.Application and program details

July 15-21 Weeklong Activist Training: Application and program details

July 19-29th-Youth Summer of Resistance. No War-No Warming, Defend Democracy. Training in political theatre, organizing, street speaking and then relentless work downtown confronting and cajoling the powers that be to LISTEN TO YOUTH perspectives.  Nadine Bloch, Michael Beer, Pete Perry, Pat Elder, Paul Magno and others will provide training. July 20-26  Change It 2007 All expenses paid, including travel and housing, week-long skills training in Washington, DC. Accepted students will receive free travel to D.C. for training on campaign strategy, message development, lobbying, recruitment, and event planning.
